Greg Young
Greg is Co Founder/Owner of The Austin Real Estate Experts. A proud graduate of the University of Texas, Greg received his Bachelors degree in 1991.
Greg has over 11 years' experience in the real estate and home building industries and has won many achievement awards and accolades in both. Texas Monthly magazine named Greg a Five Star Agent, one of the state's top agents based on production and customer satisfaction ratings.
Prior to entering his home building and real estate career he was involved in law enforcement and commercial aviation. Greg is able to guide his clients through each transaction by not only capitalizing on his real estate experience but also his vast life experience.
He understands the importance of providing the high level of customer care, integrity, and honesty required to earn the loyalty of his clients. He can often be heard saying that his goal is to become his "client's realtor for life". He takes pride in being in the top 1% of Austin area agents and leading a team that consistently ranks in the top 1%.

Matt Menard
Matt is the co-founder/owner of The Austin Real Estate Experts team, Keller Williams Realty’s highest volume-producing real estate group in the country. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin in 1987, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his real estate license as a college freshman in 1983, his broker’s license in 1985, and taught real estate classes professionally at age 23.
A second generation realtor, Matt literally grew up in the real estate industry in a household with two active Texas realtors. In his 28 plus years of real estate industry experience, he has helped thousands of satisfied homeowners. Matt has been recognized by Texas Monthly magazine twice as a Five Star agent, based on production and customer satisfaction, designated a Platinum Top 50 agent in Austin, and is well inside the top one percent of the nation’s top producing residential agents based on production and customer satisfaction ratings.
In addition to brokerage real estate, Matt’s industry experience includes mortgage lending and new homes and sales management. His extensive background provides a broad understanding of key financial concepts, allowing Matt to help buyers secure their best deal on a new or resale home and helps navigate them through the mortgage process to find a program that best suits their financial objectives. His listings sell much faster, and for more money than the local board of realtors’ average.
Donna Barber
Donna is a dedicated professional Realtor committed to providing superior service and establishing customers for life. Her desire to exceed expectations is one reason for her continued success. Donna began her real estate career with over 12 years of title and mortgage experience along with 5 years of real estate management. She has been in the beautiful Central Texas area for over 21 years and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with you.
Donna is the proud mother of 3 children, Maegan Rose, recently married and a nurse with St. David's Hospital, Blake, who will graduate from UT in May and continue on to Medical School and Jacob, a dedicated athlete and freshman at Cedar Park High School. She and her husband Randy love spending time with their family fishing and soaking up the sun at South Padre Island. Tanya Bilisoly
Tanya is a second generation Realtor and native Austinite. Growing up in Austin, she is very familiar with area schools and communities, both old and new. Tanya was in sales for several new home builders in the Austin area from 2001-2006. Her new home experience is an asset to her clients as she averaged $9 million in sales each year; putting her in front of hundreds of families.
In 2006, she earned her real estate license and has been an independent agent ever since. She has consistently been a member of top producing team, ranked number one by The Austin Business Journal. She takes a lot of pride in her work and relationships with her clients.
She treats every client as if they were a member of her family and is a strong advocate for them. She understands what an emotional and sometimes anxious process this can be and carefully walks you through each step of the buying or selling process.
Tanya lives in the Austin area with her son, Aidan (6) and daughter, Addison (4). She enjoys fitness, decorating, music, singing, reading, traveling and most of all, Lake Travis.
Diane Brosig
Diane joins The Austin Real Estate Experts with 5 years experience at Keller Williams Realty. She has gained extensive administration / transaction coordinator experience for real estate. Her organizational skills, customer service background, strict adherence to deadlines and belief in the importance of constant communication make her extremely capable of not only getting the job done, but also making sure our office runs smoothly and proving the highest level of customer service to our agents and clients.
Diane's background makes her an ideal choice for The Austin Real Estate Experts Transaction Coordinator/Team Assistant because she brings an eye for important details and calm, competent manner to the contract to close phase of the Real Estate Transaction.
Shelley Clawson
Shelley wonders what took her so long to get to the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Born and raised in the piney woods of East Texas, she graduated with BBA in Marketing from the wonderful Texas A&M University in College Station. Her background includes over 10 years in sales and marketing, and real estate was the perfect fit for her when she moved to Austin.
She is knowledgeable about the various areas of Austin and beyond. She particularly focuses on Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown. But she'll go just about anywhere...one of her most recent transactions was in Canyone Lake. When she isn't selling and networking, Shelley is enjoying time with her husband, JC and their kids Caitlin (10) and Reese (5). Boating, music, any sports and the kids extra curriculars keep them busy! They call Liberty Hill home.
Alysson Cozart
Known as a tough but fair negotiator, Alysson gets the job done for her clients. She also understands the importance of follow up through the entire transaction. Remember, no home is ever sold until it is closed!
Alysson is from Atlanta, but she has called Austin her home for the past eight years. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Marketing with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia.
Alysson has 13 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. She began her career in the Hotel Industry, and received numerous accolades including Sales Person and Director of Sales of the Year.
After meeting her husband Bill, Alysson soon discovered her passion for the Real Estate Industry. She recently spent five years working for a major Austin Builder. Through this position as well as overseeing the construction of her own personal home, Alysson has an extensive knowledge of the construction process.
She has a broad knowledge of Austin, having sold homes in various communities throughout the city. Alysson also has extensive experience in many different price points, having sold homes ranging from the Two Hundred Thousands to One Million.
Denise Braun
Born and raised in Austin, Denise Braun, has seen a once “slow paced” town, grow into a large metropolis, we like to call home. “Keep Austin Weird” is just one of the many reasons to make Austin your home.
In 1978, Denise started a 35 year journey, which included working in the title industry, legal field specializing in real estate and with lending institutions. Before joining The Austin Real Estate Experts team, Denise, was a meticulous EVP/Operations Manager for a national title insurance company, for the past 15 years. Being customer-service driven and dedicated to her clients, Denise is confident she has the necessary expertise, along with integrity, fun personality, attention to detail and clear communication skills, which allow her clients to have a rewarding experience.
It is very important for Denise to help her clients find and acquire their dream home. Her philosophy is to treat everyone the way you would want to be treated. Not surprisingly, she is a firm believer in “The American Dream”.
Personally, Denise and her husband, John, have been married 26 years and have one daughter, Staci and two beautiful grandchildren, Caleb and Toryn. Outside of the office, Denise enjoys cooking, antique shopping, snow skiing, Longhorn football and spending time with family.
Sarah Duncan
Sarah joined The Austin Real Estate Experts with over 15 years of advertising and marketing experience. She leverages her marketing expertise to attract maximum attention and awareness to her properties to achieve the greatest possible outcome for her clients.
Sarah places a high value on communication and customer service, and her clients appreciate the strong verbal/ written communication skills and active listening that she utilizes in her business activity.
Sarah graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has lived in Austin since 2006 when she relocated from Chicago.She and her husband live in Cedar Park along with their three children.
Tiffany Ontiveros
A native Iowan, Tiffany began the move south when attending college at Mizzou. While there, she worked in media relations for the athletic department and earned a bachelor of journalism degree from the prestigious Missouri School of Journalism in 2000. The move south continued in 2002 with an opportunity to work as a graduate student assistant in the Men’s Basketball office at The University of Texas.
“It was the best move I ever made. Austin is home; I could never imagine living anywhere else.”
Prior to beginning her real estate career, Tiffany spent 12 years in sales, marketing and education. She leverages her vast experience and excellent communication skills to provide her clients with exceptional customer service in order to build life-long relationships.

Tiffany also has a master’s degree in secondary education from Texas State University. She continues to work at UT every summer as the Men’s Basketball Camp Queen, planning, coordinating and managing operations for the program’s camps for boys.
Michael Gatlin
Michael Gatlin has been an Austin resident for over 16 years, with close to 8 of those years in Austin real estate. After graduating from Texas State University with his Bachelor's degree, he spent 2 years in catastrophe management overseeing the tear down and rebuilding of homes and commercial buildings.
With experience in catastrophe management and real estate, Michael is more than equipped to handle any situation that may arise in any transaction. Over the last 7 years, Michael worked for one of the highest ranking private homebuilders in the country. "Working with a residential home builder where customer satisfaction was more important than sales has given me a great appreciation for referrals and repeat business."
With over 35 million in sales and multiple awards in sales and customer satisfaction, Michael has thrived in the real estate industry. Michael lives in Cedar Park with his wife Rebekah.
In addition to his work, Michael enjoys saltwater fishing, golf, time with family, photography and traveling. "I've got some really great travel stories that sound more like a movie than a normal vacation." During his 16 years in Austin, Michael has lived north and south and regularly handles transactions all over our great city!
Amanda Godwin
Amanda is a native Texan who has been proud to call Austin home for that past 18 years. After graduating from The University of Texas, Amanda began her career in Real Estate in 1999 working for developers and various home builders before becoming a licensed Realtor. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the home building and purchase process.
When Amanda is not helping her clients achieve the "American Dream", she is a proud wife as well as mom to her daughters, Madison (8) and Taylor (3). They are proud to call the South Austin/Dripping Springs area their home!
David Griffith
David has been involved in the real estate business and new home sales for over 25 years. His initial years were spent gaining knowledge in residential construction. He worked as a construction manager in Florida and Texas for 7 years, and 19 years in new home sales.He has been a licensed real estate agent for over 8 years. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, friends, and pets.
Kellye Hancock
Kellye has over 10 years' experience as a realtor in the Austin area. She prides herself on building solid relationships with each client, earning their trust and loyalty. Whether someone is purchasing their 1st home or their 5th, a $100, 000 home or a million dollar home, Kellye brings the highest professionalism and integrity to each clients' real estate investment.
Kellye is a native Texan, a long-time Austinite and a proud Baylor Bear. She's an avid sports fan, particularly college basketball. She also enjoys cooking and photography in her free time. And she's the proud mom of TJ, a recent graduate of Texas Southern University.
Kelley Leach
A native Texan, Kelley grew up in West Texas and moved to Austin in 1994. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University, now Texas State, in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Kelley earned her real estate license in 2004. Motivated by her client's goals and your dreams, she will work hard to meet your requirements and will never push you into making a rushed decision. Her patience and loyalty are supplemented by a unique background and strong network of resources.
Kelley and her husband have lived in Cedar Park for the past 15 years and are raising three children, ages 12, 9 and 4. As a family, they enjoy skiing, boating and other water sports. She volunteers her spare time to her church and a local youth baseball league.
